15 Tips for Relaxation

We all need in life a moment of peace, to relax, to breathe, and take a break from the day to day tasks and our busy lives.

Here are some simple tips on how to relax:

1. Drink some tea (Chamomile Tea, green tea, lavender tea are really good for relaxing)

2. Chillax with some chocolate 🍫

3. Find some inner peace

4. Go on a vacation

5. Massage your muscles

6. Massage your scalp

7. Take your frustration out on a stress ball

8. Go for a walk

9. Smell flowers 💐

10. Laugh

11. Talk to a friend

12. Start planning some time off

13. Cuddle with a furry friend

14. Try aromatherapy

15. And the most important for me: PRAY. Speak to God, He got you.
